01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the swertevip website, mobile platform, games, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing the swertevip platform in any capacity — whether as a registered player or a visitor — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them.

swertevip reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of swertevip Services, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one swertevip account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your swertevip Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. swertevip will never request your password through any channel.
• Unauthorized Access: You must notify swertevip immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach. swertevip shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Account Ownership: Your swertevip account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account credits to any other person.

swertevip reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

swertevip supports a range of Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposit Ownership: You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. swertevip reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from a payment method not belonging to the registered account holder.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. You must complete any applicable identity verification before withdrawals are processed.
• Processing Times: swertevip aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals on the same business day. Processing times for bank transfers may vary depending on the receiving institution. swertevip is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
• Currency: All transactions on the swertevip platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the player.
• Transaction Fees: swertevip does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside swertevip's control.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

swertevip offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. swertevip reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Bonuses may not be available to players who have previously self-excluded or who are subject to account restrictions.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in cancellation of all active bonuses.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other method — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Modification and Withdrawal: swertevip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, subject to the applicable wagering requirements.

06 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the swertevip platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general principles apply across all swertevip games:

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the swertevip platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in legal action:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time
• Registering or operating more than one account on the swertevip platform
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any swertevip game or system
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including minors
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward swertevip staff or other players
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any swertevip software or system

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the swertevip platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of swertevip or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the swertevip platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any swertevip content without prior written consent
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on swertevip content
• Use any swertevip trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner without prior written authorization
• Frame or mirror any swertevip content on any other website or platform

Any unauthorized use of swertevip intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, swertevip's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your swertevip account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

swertevip shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information or content on the platform
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond swertevip's reasonable control, including force majeure events, telecommunications failures, or government actions

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude swertevip's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

swertevip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player
• Confirmed or suspected bonus abuse
• Player request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy
• Regulatory requirement or court order

Upon account termination for cause, swertevip reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is not due to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your swertevip account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding obligations you may have to swertevip.

11 Responsible Gaming

13 Amendments to These Terms

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the swertevip platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent swertevip from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
